Welcome to Avdhut Computer, Kadi. By enrolling in our courses or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
- Admission and Enrollment Admission is granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Students must provide accurate personal information at the time of registration.
The management reserves the right to refuse admission to any candidate without assigning any reason.
- Course Fees and Payments Fees must be paid according to the structure provided at the time of admission.
Non-Refundable: Once paid, the admission fee or course fee is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
In case of installments, payments must be made on or before the specified due dates.
- Attendance and Conduct Students are expected to maintain at least 80% attendance to get the full benefit of our practical training.
Discipline is mandatory. Any student found damaging institute property (computers, furniture, etc.) or misbehaving with staff will be subject to disciplinary action or termination of admission.
- Practical Lab Usage Lab timings are fixed. Students must adhere to their allotted batch timings.
Using personal USB drives or downloading unauthorized software on institute computers is strictly prohibited to prevent virus threats.
- Certification Certificates will only be issued upon successful completion of the course, submission of all projects, and clearing the internal assessments.
The name on the certificate will be exactly as per the documents provided during admission.
Changes to Courses Avdhut Computer reserves the right to update the course curriculum, change batch timings, or switch instructors to maintain high education standards and match industry trends (e.g., updating Tally Prime or Python versions).
Limitation of Liability While we provide the best job-oriented skills and guidance, Avdhut Computer does not guarantee a government or private job to any student. Success depends on the student’s performance and interview skills.
Privacy Policy Your personal data is safe with us and will only be used for academic and communication purposes related to your course.
Jurisdiction Any disputes arising out of these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kadi, Gujarat.
